I am able to confirm that criminal charges against Greatest Hits co-founder Joe Villatico have been resolved by way of a plea agreement with state prosecutors.

Villatico, who was facing felony charges of assault on a pregnant person, took a plea (called a “continuance without a finding” or CWOF) on a lesser misdemeanor charge of assault and battery on a family member.

Villatico will serve one year of supervised probation pursuant to the agreement, and he is required to complete a court-ordered batters’ program.

A CWOF in Massachusetts involves “admitting to sufficient facts” (ASF) regarding the charge in question.

As reported previously on this feed, extensively, Greatest Hits is currently under the control of a receiver due to $18,000,000 in debt owed to AFC and the Vault ($15 million and $3 million to each, respectively and in that order).

Over the past two years, I also reported that Greatest Hits had close connections to former CCC Executive Director Shawn Collins (via company lawyer Nick Adamopoulos).

I also reported that Greatest hits was under investigation by the state’s CCC (a probe that, strangely, went quiet) related to whistleblower allegations that the company was producing products in the basement of a rental home, and then packaging those products for gratis distribution to staff and the public under the Greatest Hits logo.
