NEW: SPARQ brand mold spotted by consumers, per shocking social media reports: Why doesn’t the CCC care?

For years the CCC touted some of the most stringent testing regulations in the nation for total yeast and mold, along with the most rapidly expanding sales and business growth in the nation.
How can both be the case, when authentic compliance with such testing standards is, rightfully, a monetary burden for cultivators and manufactures alike?
Has the CCC removed the proverbial laws of gravity surrounding regulation and business? The answer sadly does not seem so sophisticated. The agency simply ignored it.
Some companies, as a result, took full advantage at the expense of the public health, their consumers and the CCC’s misfeasance alike.
As reported extensively via this public information service, the expense of testing is not slight (both as to time and resources). Has the CCC’s claims of robust testing standards for total yeast and mold been a paper tiger this entire time?
Were both sides played against the middle in darkness? Has the light been turned on finally?
